If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving a delivery from Pro Fit Physio you should contact us via email at sales@profitphysio.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return the item(s).

In the event of goods being damaged on receipt you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged and contact us via email at sales@profitphysio.co.uk within 10 Days and we shall arrange for a courier to collect the items from you and return them to us.

In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges. Pro Fit Physio cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or your Courier.

To aid the your return it is advisable to contact us via email at sales@profitphysio.co.uk. When emailing we require your name, address, product(s) to be returned, invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if you ordered over our website). Returns must be clearly marked with the Returns Number, your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods and process your refund.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which covers goods or services sold without face to face contact, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Pro Fit Physio within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Pro Fit Physio. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.
